Families are invited to join us to cook and share a meal in a fun and friendly kitchen.   

Children of any age are invited to attend with their parents or guardians. Everyone who is able will be encouraged to help out with cooking and meal preparation.

The program will provide opportunities to improve food skills, try new healthy recipes, and build friendships.

We will focus on:

  • healthy eating
  • menu planning,
  • cooking in bulk and freezing
  • creative uses for leftovers

Runs Monthly on Sunday 3pm-5:30pm.

This program is on hiatus for the summer and will recommence in September 2018, but please feel free to contact Coral, the program coordinator to register at any time!
