Try an Active Autumn with Food Fit

Improve your health and have fun while doing it. Come for 30 minutes of exercise, cook and share delicious food and good company. Create your own path to healthy living. Not in the best shape? Don't worry- the program is designed for all fitness levels. No spandex or equipment necessary. Open to all ages. This 12 week program starts on Tuesday September 30 and runs from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
