About the presenters:

Erin Richan is a gardener and a forager. She uses fermentation as a creative tool to build self-sufficiency, health, and expand the seasonal palate.

Melissa Cornacchia is a homesteader, lover of teas, herbs, foraging‎ and fermentation. Her curiosity drives her to experiment with anything and everything at her disposal and in abundance. The options are endless!
