Vegetarian lasagna with crisp Spring saladEvery week on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, the community comes together here at The Table to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Commununity Chef Judy Dempsey and a dedicated group of volunteers. Last week we served fresh burgers made with beef from Millers Bay Farm, jambalaya and spice rubbed roast pork with sage smashed potatoes. Vegetarians enjoyed our famous tofu scramble and herbed potato-rice cake.
