Day Dills

Super easy, super quick! Lightly peel the cucumbers to tenderize the pickle.

3 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
2 Tbsp pickling salt
1 Tbsp sugar
Dill heads
Sliced garlic
Cucumbers, quartered

Boil first 4 ingredients.
Pour over dill, garlic and cucumbers.
Chill overnight and serve.
Keeps at least 1 month refrigerated
