"In towns throughout Ontario, there are startling reminders of the colonization of Indigenous territories and the displacement of First Nations people. Anishinaabe comedian and activist Ryan McMahon takes us to his hometown of Fort Frances and down its main drag, which is called Colonization Road.

WELCOME TO 2017 - Time to take the plunge and share your talents and thoughts with your community in a safe and friendly space- the Table Open Mic Night Saturday November 21st.  Come join us for music, poetry, comedy and who knows what else in this relaxed and welcoming creation of local culture.  Free coffee, tea, and healthy snacks available.  This month the show is preceeded by a community dinner from 4:30 - 6, so you can come for dinner and stay for the show at 7 if you like.
