The Hungry Planet Pop-Up Fundraiser

The Table Community Food Centre, and Community Chef Judy Dempsey are excited to announce, for a limited time only, the return of one of Perth’s all-time favourite restaurants – The Hungry Planet.

How to Make It Go Further

This interactive workshop will offer a variety of tips on how to make limited funds go as far as possible in the Kitchen.  Come and join us for an fun day of learning to save.

Open Mic Night

It is almost time for another OPEN MIC NIGHT.  Come on out to the friendliest venue in town and share in making local culture with fellow community members.  Entry is free and snacks and drinks are available.  All ages welcome.

Dinner and a Movie- Silence of the Bees

Come to diner and a movie night and findout about the crises impacting honey bees globally.  Bees friendly flower seeds will be given to anyone who attends, and local beekeepers will be on hand to discuss the issue with us.

WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH MOVIE:  Miss Representation is a 2011 American documentary film written, directed, and produced by Jennifer Siebel Newsom. It explores how mainstream media contribute to the under-representation of women in influential positions by circulating limited and often disparagingportrayals of women."

RESCHEDULED-Restorative Justice Skills Workshop

In this interactive workshop Information will be presented about:

·       the benefits of using a restorative approach in everyday life situations to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes in difficult situations. (We will pay specific attention to potential landlord and tenant issues.)

There will be lots of interactive learning and time to practice the new skills you will learn about.
