Kale Salad with Seeds

¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp red wine or apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
4-6 cups torn kale leaves
2 carrots, grated
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cups shredded red cabbage
3 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
4 Tbsp sunflower seeds, toasted

Toss together and serve.
